Parents, Complete Your HS/MS Athletic Registration Online!


     Step 1: Physical examination taken April 1 and thereafter is valid for the following two school years; physical 

     examination taken prior to April 1 is valid only for the remainder of that school year and the following school

     year. In the second year, an Alternate Year Card must be filled out. A Physical or Alternate Year Card form

     must be filled out and uploaded every year.

  • In an effort to streamline, save time and a lot of paper, registration will now take place online at the Winneconne School District website. The process is very easy and all forms,codes, signatures and physical/alternate year cards can be easily uploaded eliminating the needless waste of paper and data entry by office staff.

    Here are the directions to register your Middle School and/or High School Athlete. If you have questions or need help please e-mail me at and I will help you with your questions.

    1. Log on to or scroll to the bottom of the page and look for "CLICK HERE TO REGISTER" and click on that.

    2. Note: If you previously created an account and want to add a sibling or new student, log in to your family account.  DO NOT create a separate account. Follow the guidelines below.

    3. If you are returning please log-in under “RETURNING USER” , also if you need to add a new student athlete click on “RETURNING USER”.  Only click  ‘NEW USER” if you have NEVER entered a student into the system.

    4. Then you just need to enter all the information that is asked for. You will then be allowed access to all the forms that need to be read by both parents and student. At the end you be allowed the opportunity to e-sign all documents and upload your child's physical or alternate year card depending on what they need for the upcoming school year.

    5. For 2020-2021, Each athlete, with the exception of student managers and statisticians, will be assessed a participation fee in each sport. The participation fee will be determined annually. For 2020-2021, the high school fee is $50 per sport and the middle school fee is $25 per sport (cap of $150 per family, per year).  Fee refunds will be granted when the student tries out and does not make the team roster per coach decision (high school only). Participation fees will not be refunded if the student quits their participation or when the student is cut from the team/activity for disciplinary reasons. The administration reserves the right to review and make a determination of any individual situation.  


      PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANY FEES FOR EXTRACURRICIULARS OR ACTVITIES AT THIS TIME. More information will be sent once we have a better idea of what things look like in early August. 




    1. Physical Examination/Alternate Year Card and Parent Permission submitted to the high school office or uploaded on this site.

    2. Concussion ImPACT test completed and parent/athlete concussion acknowledgement form signed and acknowledged as part of online registration. ImPact Test must be completed every other year.

    3. Participation Fee paid, submitted to the high school office. Payments for Athletics and Extra-Curriculars CAN be made online using your Skyward account. This can only be done without incurring a fee starting on July 1st, 2020 and ending on September 15th, 2020. After that payments can still be made into Skyward, but a fee with be applied. PAYMENTS CANNOT BE MADE THROUGH THIS SITE AT THIS TIME.

    4. Extra-Curricular Activity/ Athletic Code signed through the online process.


    ALL OF THE ABOVE MUST BE TURNED INTO TO HS/MS OFFICE BY 10AM SHARP OR PRIOR ON DAY OF FIRST PRACTICE TO BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE. ANYTHING TURNED IN AFTER THIS TIME AND THE STUDENT ATHLETE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE.  10am or earlier will continue to be the cut-off time on subsequent days. The Athletic Director has directed the secretaries to direct any and all questions to him, please do not take your frustrations out on the secretaries, they are following the procedures that the Athletic Director has put in place.


  • ***If you do NOT have computer access from home, registration must be completed online in either the MS or HS offices. We will have chromebooks available in each office for the secretaries to help with the process if necessary.
